Kid Games

I've been trying to play more kid games with Ethan lately. Remember "Hi-Ho Cherry-O?" Well, I didn't quite remember how to play . . . after reading the directions, I quickly caught on again. :-) Ethan wanted to play for about 2 hours straight today!

We also played a fun learning game by Discovery Toys, called "Busy Bugs." What a great idea for boys! It teaches colors, patterns, counting, addition concepts, etc...

Trying to capture a picture of a 1 year old!

I've been trying to capture a good picture of Caleb with his new haircut. He is just so fast, most of the pictures turn out as a blur! Here are a few that I was able to capture of him and of my other two guys that I love!
I was going for a brother picture below. Caleb was wondering if that meant acting like he normally does with his brother. "Aren't I supposed to be hitting his head, Mommy, like this?" "Oh, you didn't mean to hit him?? Okay, is this better?" . . .
And don't forget about Daddy! :-)

Helpful Hint for Bloggers

How to change the width of your blog columns? I didn't know how to do this, but learned from this helpful link. Maybe it will help other new bloggers, such as myself! Thanks!

Backyard Fun

Earlier tonight, I enjoyed getting to play outside in the backyard with my sons. I am so happy that fall weather is finally starting to show itself around here instead of the the 80 - 90 degree weather we've been having. Ethan had fun throwing the ball for one of our dogs, Angel.

Caleb enjoyed swinging on the swingset for a little while at least.

And I had a great time enjoying time with my boys (Daddy included).

Oh, and Caleb got his hair cut for the second time in his life today too.
