What do you think of my new blog design?  Bear with me as I continue to update links to websites and blogs that I had up before . . . silly me didn't save my sidebar info before adding the new template, SO it will take me a while to add back all my likeable links and friends' blogs.  Hope to make a REAL post soon about all that we've been up to so far this summer! How to Make Tabs at the Top of Your Blog Show All of Your Posts with One Specific Label

In my quest to redesign and update my blog, I wanted to be able to add tabs at the top of my blog that would open up a page to show all of my posts with one specific label on them.  This is an easy tutorial on how to do this.

I haven't decided yet how I'm going to use this, I have a lot of ideas for it.  But perhaps this may be helpful to refer back to sometime.  Maybe it will help someone else with your blog design also!

Blog Design and Tips

I'm making a few changes to the design of my blog and learning new things.  It's amazing all the free tutorials you can find out in the blogging world.  I'm finding so many new, fun blogs that I like too.  Check out my Likeable Links in the sidebar to see some new websites I've linked up here.  I'll try to add links to where I found stuff that is helpful to design novices like myself, in case they can help anyone else out too.  
A few things I've been working on and have found:
1.  A new blog template design.  I found my free one here, http://leelou-blogs.com/

3.  A new photo editing website that is easy to use, www.picmonkey.com 
4.  A photo hosting site - www.photobucket.com (used to host my signature picture)
5.  I'm trying to go back and add labels to posts as well, which I never did before . . . it will hopefully help me find posts I've written about in the past and help redirect readers to specific subjects they are interested in.

So that's just to name a few.  Let me know what you think of the changes.  I think having a pretty design for your blog is the equivalent of having a pretty journal to write in.  It just feels nicer to blog when it's pretty.  :-) Everything is still a work in progress right now!
