I got to attend a field trip to The Beacon with Ethan on Monday morning. To those of us who live in Spartanburg, we know that The Beacon is a famous landmark restaurant here. So, I guess it is only appropriate to introduce it to the youngest citizens in Ethan's 4 year old class! His class was studying the letter "B" so they got to ride the church Bus to The Beacon for a Butter Biscuit and a Bubbly Sprite! He must've enjoyed it because he ate the whole thing, and didn't even leave a crumb for Mommy to nibble on!
