Last night, we left the boys with the grandparents and went out for a date night on our own. Another plus of vacationing with Grandma and Grandpa Brisken! We went out to eat at Tony Roma's (the only place without a wait and the food was good), then played putt-putt, then went to a movie. The putt-putt course was fun . . . I even made two hole in ones! Scott made one hole in one, but he still beat me overall - consistency pays off I suppose! :-) Then we saw "Don't Mess with the Zohan" per Scott's request. He was in the mood to laugh. It was entertaining, but I don't think I would prefer to see it again. Here are some pics the we took of ourselves on our night out.
I love date nights away from the kids. We saw the Zohan movie last week too and were not very impressed. The only funny parts I care remember are Hackey Cat and the name of the store: Going out of Business. That was clever.
